Client's data security is the first priority in TimePay. TimePay uses separate database for each signed up client. Each client will have his own portal in TimePay.

User access control is designed to suit in the actual world. There are 5 access levels in TimePay. From high to low, they are Admin, Payroll Officer, HR Manager, Project Manager and Employee. The Admin has the top level of control and can assign any user to any level of access.
